OEGC2026 is a one day conference and will be held in person at the Ship Street Centre, Jesus College, Oxford on Tuesday 9th June 2026. Please see the location and access page for details of how to find the Ship Street Centre

When proposing a paper to OEGC2026, you can submit as an individual or as a preformed three-person panel. If you propose an individual 20 minute paper and are accepted, the conference committee will then group you with two other presenters working on a similar theme to form a panel of three twenty-minute papers. If proposing a pre-formed panel, you will submit a longer proposal that briefly covers each paper and their shared theme; the conference committee will then asses your panel as a whole, rather than each individual paper.

We hope to have communicated proposal outcomes to all applicants by the end of April.
